The Trial

Is a trial important? Absolutely essential, Why? because this is an opportunity for both parties to get to know one another and see if we both have the same vibe and vision. I always recommend a trial at least 6-8 weeks before your wedding day however depending on your location sometimes a trial can happen a few days before, there are no hard or fast rules here. The trial itself I usually allow around 2-3 hours max . If you are thinking of having any treatments done for your wedding day -spray tanning or maybe lashes, I would suggest you have these done for your trial too just to give a true reflection of how this will look on the day.

A trial is very important to ensure that everything runs smoothly on your wedding day. I use some amazing brands but sometimes there might be an ingredient that does not suit your skin which could cause a reaction- irritation on the day. This way we are both covered and there will be no surprises to worry about on the day.

Once we are happy with the final look, all products and techniques are recorded. I then take a photo of the completed look and file them at my studio until the wedding day.

Wedding Day Makeup

On your special day I will arrive in plenty of time to your chosen venue. All timings will have been agreed prior to this date and confirmed just a few days before. I will recreate the look from your trial while all you need to do is sit back, rest, and let me do my job. Where possible I like to seat the bride away from the rest of the bridal party, to ensure she takes this time to really relax and enjoy being pampered.
